I just had the most horrible service in the dirtiest and most hostile work environment I have ever seen in a franchise chain. I ordered chicken fajitas, a drink, and plaintains at 10:03pm and just left the store now with my drive through order at 10:30pm. The manager did nothing to stop me from ordering a meal that she could not accommodate and threw a bunch of random ingredients on a plate which are not the typical ingredients. Spoons went between meat and vegetable compartments with absolute disregard for any kind of cross contamination. I also did not receive my plantains without forcibly asking for them. The manager had taken my receipt and refused to give it back because she knew I would report her. She verbally abused the man who was taking orders from the drive through, the mistake was her fault and not his yet she went on a screaming rampage towards her chefs, counter girls, and the drive through employee. This was atrocious and unforgettably horrible. I will never eat at this
