Ocean Styles = great customer service! Most webstores are so impersonal because they don't have to deal with customers face-to-face on a regular basis. This one is different. They answer the phone right away - no computerized answering systems with a million options to get a real person on the phone. And they were so willing and able to answer my questions. Excellent.
