Palm Bay City Hall is comprised of various departments, including human resources, building, code compliance, economic development, utilities, legislation, purchasing, and water and sewer billing. It also houses the office of the city clerk, manager and attorney. The city hall has a finance department that provides a variety of services related to accounting, business tax receipts, liens research, passports, purchasing and contracts. Palm Bay City Hall also maintains a public works department that provides, operates and maintains utilities and infrastructural systems for the community. The city clerk s office oversees the retention, disposal and preservation of the city s public records, as well as coordinates municipal and special elections. Additionally, Palm Bay City Hall houses various departments, including police, land development, and parks and recreation.
