My boy St. Louis was having some tummy issues. The staff at Brookhollow was so understanding and patient and loving to my 3 1/2 year old staffordshire terrier. He gave everyone lots of love licks in appreciation. :)

I understand her desire to "get to the point" as she just told me, but when it comes to some things - like fur babies - she needs a HUGE dose of compassion, especially working for your vet office. Completely unnessary. The care for my two cats, my dog and my elderly friend's cat (who I was calling for) will go elsewhere. Bad business.
