Experts that will explain why they need to do something before they tell you why they did it... Big difference!! Not everyone is an expert in water and mold growth. Easy to think if it looks and feels dry there is no problems. They should me that, that is not always the case. Glad I called for a second opinion after the guys in the LIME GREEN told me something different...
