I manage over 50 different properties and this is by far, the WORST management company I have ever dealt with. Sharon is the "property manager" if you can even call her that. I have reached out to her on many occasions. The first time, I left 8 voicemails over a 3 week period, got no response. After speaking with other owners in the building, I was told they only way they get a response from her is by threatening her with litigation. I ended up having to do the same due to her ignorance and negligence! She finally responded, yet did not resolve the issues. Our tenants have been 3 months and she still has not connected their buzzer to their phone and they do not have guest parking passes. I would not even look at living here. I would give this 0 stars if I could.
