I've been going here for 10 years. My last 2 experiences were horrible and I strongly encourage others to not go here. My last 2 appointments were with the owner who is horrible and rough. She does not listen and cut my skin on my toe causing it to bleed. She acted like nothing happened and it is now infected. I will never go here again. She really should stick to managing the books and away from nails. The other techs there are great at times too rough but never causing injury like her.

It is the best place for a pedicure.

Best place in Palatine for a pedicure; actually, the only place to go for one in my opinion because I wouldn't get a pedicure anywhere else.
