Located in Palatine, Ill., Lincoln School is a part of Community Consolidated School District 15. The school provides educational services to more than 800 students in kindergarten through grade six. Its curriculum includes math, science, language arts and social studies. It offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as art, general music, and health and physical education. Lincoln School also operates a band and orchestra. The school offers English Language Learners, English as a Second Language and accelerated reader programs. It provides special education to gifted and talented students. In addition, the school offers speech, language and occupational therapies to students with learning disabilities. It provides food, transportation, guidance counseling and medical care. The school also organizes field trips to various educational and cultural destinations. Lincoln School has a parent-teacher association that conducts several fundraising activities, including cultural fairs and family nights.
