Our son came back from college last month and we told him to bring his car in to your store. The writer identified that his FJ Cruiser needed 2 new tires (not 4), a 30,000 mile service, and we gave them the go ahead to do the work. It was done with excellent quality, and I feel much more confident with my son driving the car now.

Arlington Toyota never fails to come through, whether on scheduled appointments or an urgent need as I had yesterday. The communication, follow through, customer courtesy and care are always the best in the auto industry. Thanks to Scott for taking care of my Avalon so quickly and getting me back on the road!

The Service Manager was friendly, professional, and confident of his knowledge. I was checked in quickly and although I had a two-hour wait, enjoyed myself very much in the waiting room working on the puzzle. The check-in area is clean and orderly. One thing I liked about my Chevy dealer was they provided a loaner car if service required a day or two.
Overall the experience at Arlington Toyota was good. The service area of the facility is very impressive and you do not feel as though you're in some garage repair shop when you come in, as you do at many other dealerships. There was comfortable seating, with free bottled water and nice TV's in a clean and pleasant environment. The dealership did not have the color Rav4 I wanted, but was able to quickly find the vehicle elsewhere, and have it delivered. We reviewed the options of the car before we agreed to final purchase, to ensure it had everything I wanted and I was able to have aftermarket remote start and bluetooth added. My only disappointment was that the aftermarket bluetooth. As it was not explained to me when sold that it would not be a wheel mounted blue tooth, but rather the answer and dailing control is strapped to the steering wheel. The fact that it is not tucked under the wheel like the wheel mounted version, does cause it to get in the way slightly.

Facility was state of the art, selection was best in the area, sales staff were pleasant and not high pressure, just available to answer questions and assist in any way Staff knew the product and offered "out of the box" ideas in response to my questions Negotiating process was simple and efficient and satisfying - I felt I got a very fair price would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and associates
service dept very helpful/knowledgable, in/out quick, shuttle to drop me off and pick up from work is a huge benefit

I always get the best customer service when I bring my car in and they are always willing to go the extra mile. I am never hounded to spend extra money on something my car doesn't need and I always feel great about their work!

The staff explains the work that needs to done with your car and discuss the price and time to complete the repair. When waiting for car sittine on a nice chair and watch TV! A free car wash at the end of service drive up to the window! Thank you; David S. Lewis

They do not value their customers. They do not fix the cars that they repair and over charge for the ones they do repair. They make a deal for a car and then come back a few days later saying that they made a mistake and did not charge enough. They do not back their work and will not bend to fix your vehicle. Beware of these people.
