DO NOT do business Bob's Auto Sales or City State Bank, palacios, who does their financing, unless you enjoy being robbed of your hard earned money!

After putting down a LARGE down payment and paying for a year on a two year finance they, and City State Bank, decided to repossess my truck because of ONE payment that is LESS THAN A MONTH past due and claiming we didn't have insurance. Check the glove box idiots and you'll find the most recent insurance card on my supposed uninsured truck!

To top it off they are playing games and not returning my personal belongings from the vehicle!

Now, of course, to get my vehicle back I would have to come up with the past due payment, a payment for this month, plus the impound fees. Who had that kind of money in the economy?!!! Of course, that's what they count on so they can't turn around and sell it to their next victim and get paid twice the money for the same vehicle.

Scam artists at their finest!

I highly recommend this bank, I opened up a small business account and there were no fees,unlike the competition there which had fees for even making a deposit, amongst other fees! Cheryl Scott is the nicest and most helpful banker, she made it such a pleasure to do business with and made me feel like she really appreciated me banking there! I will be there many years!!!!!!
