I was very pleased.with my service and the flowers were.beatuiful thank you
Very unhelpful. Called Saturday afternoon asking for a floral arrangement for a funeral. They were already closed, but would reopen Monday at 9. Visitation is on Sunday, funeral is Monday morning. No worries! They will reopen Monday at 9. Thanks for nothing. Customer service, zero. Ability to understand ones need to be assisted in a timely manner, zero. Reasons to take my business to Williams Floral, zero!
