Southern Tier Logistics is a part of Ohio Logistics, which also owns I-69 Logistics and Penn Centre Logistics. Ohio Logistics operates a trucking subsidiary, Ohio Logistics Transportation Group and a document storage and destruction company called Document Service Company.
