Marks Building did a fantastic job of building our large, beautiful screened-in porch. During the design phase, Kent often came up with several suggestions that actually saved us money. He also came up with several ideas that we hadn’t even thought of. Once construction began, his crew always cleaned up the site at the end of each day.



Kent and Josh, and the rest of the crew were very professional, friendly, and always accommodating throughout the project. They were always ready, willing and able to answer our questions. We're so glad that they were referred to us. We are also hiring them again in the early spring to complete our backyard patio project.

The kitchen remodel that Josh and Kent did for me has completely changed my culinary life. I had a poorly designed corner kitchen typical of a condo. There was little to no counter space and awkward cabinets. Now, I have so much extra counter space, more cabinets (that aren't awkward), a beautiful glass tile back-splash, above and below cabinet lighting, recessed lighting, and appliances in logical/functional places. Marks Building Company is the whole package. They are very professional, always on time and the quality of work is incomparable. The prices are very fair and they keep your informed throughout the whole process. I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen. Now I actually look forward to all the meals that I'm going to cook in the future.
