Horrible management! The management does not have the correct knowledge about vehicles. Rude, condicending, arrogant and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. No customer service skills! They are also very very slow. I will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone. Corporate should really step in, this store is a disgrace.

I have my car registered in California and needed it to pass smog so I took it there because the check engine light was on The light was on for a long time I thought it was because a rodent damage they told me it would be $4000 and it was a knock sensor I pick my car up I drove it 20 minutes the lights came right back on I brought it back they told me it was $300 more - after driving it 100 miles my car stopped accelerating. They totally rip me off and ruin my car and I'm going to go to small claims

Vehicle was taken into shop right away, very satisfied with service. Had a balance weight fall off during a trip, called and the 4 wheels were rebalanced, no questions asked. Very happy with my decision to purchase tires from Tire Works...Thank You
