My experience with Xpress Auto Service was horrible. The management does not keep their word on prices. 1/2 hour job get charged 1.5. I waited for the job so I know it took only 30 minutes. Further shenanigans of adding sales tax to the price of labor. Manager so disrespectful threw my receipt of the floor! My advice is stay away from this terrible shop unless you like to be abused and cheated.

Took my truck in to have two exhaust bolts removed. They lost parts, drilled through head into water jacket, neglected to reinstall parts, check engine light would not go off. I had to spend $3500.00 for new heads. They created fictious invoice to send to Mastercard when I disputed charge. Clay has an attitude and a mouth. Stay clear of this shop.

Started out okay. Seemed competent and eager to get me back on the road after enduring a 90-mile tow from Baker. Got it running and I did not feel overcharged. But I should have verified their work. Just outside of Baker (again), the truck quit almost exactly like it did the first time. This time, though, it was definitely caused by a sloppy mechanic. The coil wire (from the new coil) was resting against the exhaust manifold and melted. It shorted out. Fortunately, I was able to rerout it and it wasn't internally broken, but I now feel the need to replace it ASAP. So, basically good, but sloppy.
