Saw the signage for sourdough pizza while driving through Pahrump and decided to try it at 3:00 pm on a Saturday. Ambiance is nice, loved the mini bowling alley for kids! The pizza and service we received though left a bad taste. We ordered the Build Your Own with one topping. The Italian Sausage tasted great but the rest of the pizza tasted like it was something you buy frozen, the cheese was nearly non-existent with much of the slices being cheese-less and the crust was like eating a cracker, it was so dry and brittle.. The server we had was more interested in gabbing with the patrons at the table next to us than keeping our drinks full. The men's restroom had no paper towels. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know.
