Just received outstanding service from Lake Powell Ford for my 2012 Ford F-150! Issue was a computer module problem which prevented us from towing. Dillon(service mngr) and Scott(tech) worked with Ford to solve the problem. Both came in Sat, even though it was their day off, to complete the job so we could continue our trip home to WA! Great customer service.

do I have to give a full star? some guy, chance or chase or something was completely rude. went to a local repair shop instead. I was much happier there. this dealership made me sad to be driving a Ford. will not be returning.

Unhappy with service, showed up to get a oil change as I was passing through on vacation, and this rude, eragant younger man, was completely rude to me, like he's the king of the world or something. don't waste your time. Ended up going to walmart, thanks chase for ruining my faith in the dealer.
