we were in this store yesterday purchasing patio door sink replacement and vacuum cleaner the store manager Matt was very helpful and beyond knew his stuff very impress with him

We really like this Lowe's store. When treated nice, they treat you nice. If you're not nice to them, then you may get a mirror image back in your face. Then again, there are many employees there who even rise above rude customers to give great service. Avoid the HVAC install program, though. The outside contractor is creepy and replacement unit-happy rather than customer oriented.
