Booked a birthday party...was charged $35 more then what was suppose to be charged even tho we had less then 12 kids. The party room we asked for still had people in it when we arrived. We specifically asked for the room downstairs due to my parents being unable to walk upstairs. A smart elic kid that worked there said, "Leave them down here, the rest of you can go upstairs". The lids finally got to go in the play room 5 minutes LATE and 5 minutes before we were suppose to leave, they let other kids come in. The kids for the party were waiting for the univited kids to stop jumping on the trampolines. Due to other people being in the party room when we arrived, we had to set up our daughter's party when we should have been in the play room with our daughter and her friends. I have called this place many times and NOBODY will call us back! AVOID this place!!!
