I have had Jackson Purchase Electric for 11 year in Ledbetter. 101/2 years Mcracken County. And 21/2 in Graves county. Have had no problems with them fixing power outages, they went up on there bill as did grocies, toiletries, gas, and clothing. I know another company that has gone up on electric service 3 times in last 7 years.

I have lived in my home for almost 15 years now. My electricity and all of those in my area as well, will blink off and then right back on. It has done this from the get go, up to at least 5 times a month. We dealt with it because it seemed as though they had too many homes on their circuit. Well, after the ice storm around here they pit in a new transformer which took the blinks down by a couple. It still, to this day, does it. I call, they tell me it's squirrels or the wind or a limb. It's ridiculous. Well, now, the power supply on my computer is fried, and they won't replace it, my husband has been late to work several times because of his disrupted alarm clock and I am constantly having to reset everything. Their reasoning, " we are monitoring the situation.". Thanks Jackson Purchase for your sucky service while I continue to deal with your "hiccups" and still pay my FULL bill!!!!!!
