I was greatly relieved that the previous reviews were about a previous staff. The new dentist and technician were very good at their jobs and very comforting. The whole experience was good from start to finish with a professional and painless cleaning. I do have to wait a bit for the next appointment but all in all a huge thumbs up!
This dental facility is the absolute worse place I have ever been to in my entire life. The black women who did my x-rays was the rudest women on this planet. She had a horrible attitude. I didn't finish my visit. I got up and walked out. I will never ever go back to that pathetic so called dental office again. These people are terrible.
This place is awlful. They were the rudest people I've seen in a long time to still be in business. No help what so ever. That's not how to treat a potential paying customer. I would not reccomend anyone go there. Went there to try to get an appointment to get 3 teeth pulled and upper dentures. One of the teeth is half hanging out and painful. Can't eat and lost 15 pounds. I guess I should be thankful the girl was so rude and didn't give a crap that I couldn't get an appointment. No telling what kind of person he is, if this is the kind of people he puts in front of his business! The appearance of the place is bad enough but the people just make it awlful. Would not reccomend this place to any one. Wish I could give it 0 stars!!!
Horrible place. They've cancelled my app 2times already BC the dentist decided not call the office to let them no he's not coming in. Bad business and shouldn't do that to customers period
Went in 6 1/2 months pregnant and in horrible pain. We had just moved into the area and I hadn't found a dentist yet. This was the first place that could get me in. The duct taped chain freaked me out quiet a bit and then to make matters worse the dentist came in and said my tooth was fine. When I tried to talk to him about what was going on he cut me off and walked out of the room. His assistant was very sweet and walked after him and he yelled at her I quote "I'm sick and feel awful I don't want to do this." He then walked back in and said "it's a good tooth but I'll pull it if you are demanding it. What do you want to do?" I got out of there as fast as I could and spent some time actually finding a good dentist. A word of advise... RUN!!!
Friendly Staff, Affordable Prices, Professional Dentist. Will go here again
This place is a joke, the dentist does not know what he is doing, I had two fillings put in and now I am having to go somewhere else to have them refilled. Highly recommended not to go to this dentist!

I have been coming to Audubon Dental Center since 2006. Dr. Caudill pulled four of my molars on my first appointment and it was so much faster and easier than I thought it would be. His shots didn't hurt nearly as much as the last dentist I went to, and after they were pulled I only had to take one pain pill. I was in on a Tuesday and went back to work on Wednesday. Since then he's done all my fillings and check-ups and Cindy the hygenist cleans my teeth. The waiting room is a little outdated and sometimes when I come in it's crowded with a lot of walk-in patients, but I attributed this to the fact that he's cheaper than many other local dentists (which is what brought me here in the first place). He's very busy and gets right to work instead of taking time for chitchat, but I actually prefer to get my appointments done as quickly as possible so I can get back to work. Plus I don't exactly love being at the dentists. Overall, Dr. Caudill does excellent work and hasn't hurt me yet :)
you walk in and there isnt even a seat to sit in due to the overwhelming people coming for medicaid. Honestly not even a seat. You stand there and wait, they send you back to see the dentist which takes atleast an hour because there is only one dentist for 5 dental chairs. The chair is held together with duck tape and the other arm is completly broken off laying there so your sitting there completly uncomfortable for an hour to have this guy come and look at your teeth, he wont get to know you, doesnt care what problems you are having. My tooth was pulled and this will make the third vist back just to correct the problem that he made, the second visit said there was nothing wrong its no problem, its healed fine. This place is awful,
