My horse got sick with colic, determined by the vet to be bad hay purchased at a nearby feed store. That cost $500 for treatment, on an aging mare who could easily have died. It took her awhile to recover from the bad hay. Best Valley Feed and Tack were instant in their response, they understood it was an emergency to get her good, clean, healthy hay and delivered - refusing a tip, and just asked for more business!
