We were charged the full price for a job that was half way done.I met with Evergreen Concrete Cutting Company Inc. in Sumner, WA. I told him I wanted a small section of a sidewalk removed and replaced, which was the same thing I had told him when he called to set an appointment with me. We discussed the time line for removal and re-pour as there were roots under the existing slab that needed removing. He said they would not remove the roots and I said we could take care of it if we had a day between removal and pouring. He said that would not be a problem. We discussed cure times on the new concrete and how long he recommended we keep people off of it. After viewing and discussing the project and re-capping with him, we shook hands and he said he would get the bid to me within a couple of days. After looking at the project with him, I re-stated what I was expecting from them and the time frame for what would happen and when. Specifically, they were to come out on the first day to c
