Lisa Smith, an ASCA member for 20 years, is a Registered Consulting Arborist, Board Certified Master Arborist, Municipal Specialist, an instructor for the ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualified course and an instructor for the ASCA Tree and Plant Appraiser Qualified program. Ms. Smith is the owner of The Tree Resource, a southern California tree-consulting firm, providing all aspects of tree management and preservation.
