I joined this school because I was bored of the gym and i needed to be pushed beyond my limit. As a female I was scared at first but I have to say that the workouts are so much fun, the people are so nice, its very clean and the instructor is so professional and he mixes things up so you don't get bored. The hours are great for me too. I highly recommend this school. Once you join you're not just another client, you become part of a family that really cares about your success and your well-being. My clothes are fitting better and people are complimenting me a lot - thank you Krystek's School!

My son has been attending Krystek School of Judo since he was 3.5 years old, he is now turning 12. Sensei Jack Sr. and Jr. are the most caring and warm individuals I had the pleasure of meeting. They take the time to address the students in a very positive way, (the student learns through positive reinforcement). The students are also taught to respect eachother. My son has tried many different sports over the years, and Judo is the only one he looks forward to participating in. Over the years my son has become a confident, respectful young man, with the help of Krestek's School of Judo. What's also nice is that the school is always evolving to offer new and different programs for the children. In addition to Judo, my son enjoys learning Jui Jitsu. In a day and age when most kids sit in front of a TV playing video games, it's comforting to know that a real sport has commanded his attention, and it's something he loves to do. N.Mancuso

Krysteks school offers expert instruction in a variety of classes. Friendly atmosphere and excellent physical conditioning, no matter what your age or skill level. Great for kids!
