If you are looking for unscrupulous you have found the perfect company for your estate sale! After 60 years of marriage and accumulation the total amount for my parent’s household was a little over $1500.00 their net! You should NOT pay the upfront advertising fee of $350 as TLS advertises for free on Craigslist, you should NOT leave town and allow the sale to take place without your presence.

I consider myself a pretty savvy consumer but I was duped! The entire interview was a lie…she was so concerned with my parents’ health and how she would take extra special care of their possessions and get top dollar because everything was so clean. I’m not sure about her definition of “Top Dollar” since she sold a 4 month old refrigerator for $40.00!!! The list continues with ridiculous prices, 2 rick of wood for $60, Cub Cadet Lawn tractor $75! After the sale she was to donate the leftovers to a local charity… this was another lie as she loaded the saleable items in a truck and took it to the local auction!
