Staff at farm stores have a well deserved reputation for treating customers (especially people from town) like they are doing the customer a favor by waiting on them. Someone at MFA Ozark understands customer service and has trained the staff on how customers should be treated. This has been my experience the last few times I have made purchases at this store and each time the staff seem to improve.
