While I only dealt with Rance, the exhaust systems specialist, there is no doubt that all of the staff are as professional and care about the customer as much as he did. I brought in a 2007 Toyota Tundra and had Rance install true dual exahust. Aside from the exceptional sound put out by the system, the installer was very critical of himself and the work he did.
