      Without any doubt, Caroline's Pet Motel is an excellent pet-oriented resort! We have boarded our dog, Annie, a black lab/chow mix for several dates over the past two years @ Caroline's; and, the staff provide sincere, thoughtful and loving attention to our Annie! Our Annie requires special treatment and medications, due to her advanced age(14)-and, we know that she will receive it at Caroline's-each and every time!! So, if you are looking for a pet resort in the Ozarks that will care for the family pet-look no further, Caroline's Pampered Pet Motel will exceed all your expectations!! This is trully a 6 Star facility!

      When we vacation, our two Boston Terriers also vacation at Carolines's Pampered Pets. My dogs love going to this kennel, which certainly makes it easier for me to leave them. Treat your pet to Caroline's the next time you need dog care. I highly recommend it.

      Our puppy was abused and neglected at Caroline's Pampered Pet Motel, Ozark, MO. Required vet supervision and two oral medications to return to wellness. Injuries include soft-tissue damage and urine-scalded, ulcerated and bleeding paws that cannot be walked on. Caroline states that these symptoms, post-boarding at her facility, are "normal" and accepts no responsibility. Please, do not take your pet to this facility. So sad.

      All day group playtime in our huge temperature controlled play area with Pet Grass.(Daycare & Boarding) Your rooms can be set up with items from home or we can use our blankets/beds for no extra cost. TV's available upon request with Dish Satellite. Full kitchen on site. We administer any medications(pills, powder, liquids, and even insulin) for no extra charge. We offer bathing services so your dog can go home fresh and clean! Cats have their own closed environment with Animal Planet on the TV. Cats can enjoy their duplex and a room with a treehouse and perches to climb. Feel free to stop by anytime to take a tour!
