R&L Plumbing is a family owned, residential plumbing service company. In 1989 Robert Nance started the company in Washington, DC. Robert attended the Plumbers Local #5 Apprenticeship Academy for 4 years; received Machinist Certification from the Department of the Army; AO Smith Water Heater Certification and Backflow Certification from the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission. About two years after receiving his Journeymens Plumbing License, Robert became a Master Plumber for the District of Columbia. He is a Master Plumber for Maryland, Virginia and a Master Gas Fitter. With many years of education and experience in the field, our goal is to offer the best residential plumbing services available. And our best asset is our friendly customer service. We experience the same plumbing problems as our customers and can identify with their concerns. The toilet self-flushing in the middle of the night, driving your wife crazy must be repaired in a timely manner, a.s.a.p. We hope to educate our customers concerning energy efficient, low cost plumbing fixtures and products.
