Our dedication to our customers' best interests is what sets us apart from all the rest! Just recently a client in need of disaster recovery services called us and an engineer was dispatched on-site. Upon arrival the engineer asked how many documents were lost and how long it would take to recreate them. The 10 documents that were accidentally deleted would take about 2-3 hours to re-create. Taking in consideration the time to recreate the documents and the fact that the employee would not be working on other things, our engineer advised them that though a recovery is possible, it is more economically viable for the client to recreate the documents rather than to pay us to recover them.
