We provide free in-home consultation or stop by one of our large showrooms.

Finally the last honest business in town. I had a huge housing project where I needed numerous windows installed. The quotes I was receiving were outrageous until my friend recommended quality windows. Not only was the price great but the quality and service was exceptional. We have replaced all of our windows and patio doors. We are extremely happy with the quality, cost, and professionalism of the installers. The installation was done in a reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend Quality Windows.

I recently purchased a fixer-upper and needed every window replaced. From the first contact with Erick to the end of the installation, the service was fabulous. I got a great product for a great price, along with professional installation and awesome customer service. Alex did a fantastic job installing my new windows and after all of the repair men and different installers I have had doing different jobs lately, he is absolutely the cream of the crop. I wish there were more stars available to choose on this review, because 5 doesn't do them justice. Thank you Erick, Alex and everyone there for a job well done, from start to finish. Hello, I must say I had never been to a quality windows store until I went to their Oxnard location, and walked out just fascinated and the variety of choices they had. The service was beyond excellent was completely satisfied I went in for a screen door and am now thinking of purchasing some windows for my home along with some new doors. Highly recommend this place.

I did some serious shping around and the prices were very competetive. The reason why I chose Quality Windows is very simple; They care, everyonew from sales to service and management was very curteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I feel they really enjoy and take pride in their work and it really shows. I am excited to have guests over at my house, and I must admit I love receiving compliments on the renovations and the new look of my home. Thank you!!! Quality Windows!!

Thank you Quality Windows. I have to say I am impressed with the service and the quality products at this establishment. I recently replaced the fron door and the sliding dor that opens to our backyard. When I first bought the house one of the biggest turn offs about my house was the doors, they were old and I wasn't happy with the rundown look they gave my home. My house is an older model home and it needed quite a bit of renovations, mainly the doors and windows. I shopped around and I was told about Quality windows by my neighbor, he recently replaced his windows and he said he was absolutely pleased the Quality Windows' product and service. I decided to go and do some shopping around and estimating. Let"s just say I'm very hapy with my decision and I definately will have my windows replaced by Quality, you can get good products anywhere, but the customer service is absolutely impressive, they are very thurough and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
I want to give a special thanks to Quality Windows, I am a new customer but I can gladly say they made a lifelong loyal custmer of me because they are a very classy business. Not only did I receive great service, they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They delivered a great product and my windows really give my home a very welcoming look. I am very pleased with their attention to detail and their customer service throughout the proccess. My next project at home is the replace the showers and I feel very confident and comfortable returning to Quality Windows for that home improvement adventure. Quality Windows and I have been working together for 15 years ! I design and build custom stained glass windows and they have always gone above and beyond to accommodate my clients and have referred me to some very nice jobs. Quality Windows technicians and sales people are knowledgable and always come up with good solutions for challenging situations. They offer services- such as dual or triple glazing- and products not available at other shops in the area. When I'm working with Quality I know things will go smooth and everyone will be happy ! I wanted to stop and thank Quality Windows for making what I thought would be a ( tramatic ) expeirience, a smooth and pleasent one. Not only are My windows now beautuful, But the staff, ( from the salesman Jason..:) , to installers ) were friendly and proffessinal, guilding me through the whole process, to a wonderful result...Thankyou again**** And special thanks to Steve our managing installer, .....Bravo ! :)
Terrible labor service and poor quality products ... I had a shower door installed and the installation guy left silicone all over my bathroom tile... he closed the stopper on my bathroom sink causing a pluming issue... He left his dirty black finger prints on my wall when he was installed a sliding door. Three days later when I attempted to remove the window screens to wash my windows they broke because they were made so poorly. The owner failed to take full responsibility for his employees poor work service and only offered to fix some of the problems..
