My first impression of the off...

My first impression of the office was great. The front desk staff was awesome, friendly and polite. The facilities are modern and very nice. I loved the office. Once I got into the chair, the hygienist/tech tried to sell me on a deep cleaning before she even looked in my mouth. I thought this was odd since i made the appt because of sensitivity on one tooth. Then for the exam, she had gloves on and went to grab a dental mirror and before putting it in my mouth, she wiped in on her pants!!! ...Twice!!! Then with gloves on, she grabbed the tv monitor to load the photos on the screen and then continued w/the exam without changing gloves. She was using the gloves to protect her hands and not protect my mouth from germs!!!

I felt sick! After the exam, she was giving me a care pack that included a tooth brush and she opened the toothbrush and pressed the bristled on her gloves to show me how soft they were. The same gloves she'd just typed on the computer, opened drawers and grabbed pamphlets with!! Then she told me to brush with the toothbrush. Huh??? Why not have a toothbrush set aside for demonstrations? Who opens and touches someone's toothbrush? When I first got there, it seemed like a great place, but after the experience with the tech, I was disgusted and will NOT return to this place.

Everybody are very friendly an...

Everybody are very friendly and prompt, dentist and hygenist are gentle and easy to talk to, very nice modern office, won't take my family anywhere else

The dentist and staff are very knowledgeable and professional, extremely gentle and kind! I recommend this clinic to all my family and friends and they are never dissappointed.
