It takes forever for a "manager" or a "key" person to get to the cashiers up in the front! Ghetto!!

Its a zoo in there every time I go. The cashiers lack customer service specially "jessica" she's horrible! The shoe area is always empty..I rather shop at Ross...no thanks DD's..no thanks!!!
