I highly recommend Lower Oxford Mini Storage. We were forced to make a quick settlement on our house. In the throes of a stressful move, Pat was pleasant, patient, and compassionate. I reserved a storage unit over the phone but once we arrived with the movers, it turned out I had underestimated the amount of storage we'd need and it was 15 mins before closing. Without hesitation, Pat had another storage unit immediately available and provided me a lock. After closing, Pat stopped by my storage unit to say good night. I was alone with a rather motley-looking moving crew. Approx 30 mins later, Pat returned with her husband who cuts the grass and made their presence known to all. It felt like she & her husband may have even changed their schedules to return and keep an eye on things. I truly believe she was concerned about leaving me (a woman) alone with five men and returned to ensure my safety. Wow! Where do you get that kind of service?! Oh, and the rates are very reasonable!
