Great Docs and staff! I always get treated well and promptly.

The Doctors,Nursing Staff,Business Office are the greatest.I had a very bad nose bleed & they took me back immediately & took care of me. I highly recommend Cares for all your medical needs.

If you ever have to go to the Docter and you plan on going to work after, do not go here. I have never been in and out in less than 3 and a half hours. I have a friend that says they get in and out in a hour but that's because they get there a hour early to be there first person in line. I refuse to see these doctors. Although the staff are well mannered and polite the doctors are very rude and I don't feel like they care about you. My mother went in with a UTI and she was told she was pregnant. Stay away from this place.8

I took my 8 year old son there on 12-17-10 and our wait time was 4 hours from the moment we signed in until we left. I know it's flu season but I think that is horrible. I have worked in 2 medical offices and never have my patients had to wait that long. The staff was nice and professional with one exception, an older lady with black hair, that was working the front desk, she was RUDE. They tested my son for several different issues and the dr. did give him a RX for an anitbotic and tamiflu. Overall I am pleased with the medical office it is clean and professional. I will use them again.

I was there in Sept 2010 and was really sick with chest pain, congestion and fever. I was checked thoroughly with blood work, x-rays and so forth and was diagnosed with bronchitis. I will gladly recommed to anyone.

I have 5 children and an accident-prone husband. CARES is my preferred medical office. There are times when the wait is long, but I've also been in and out in little more than an hour. My pediatrician is ALWAYS over an hour late and that's with an appointment. They are exceedingly thorough when diagnosing and offer lower doses of antibiotics which I appreciate. The staff always makes a follow-up call to check on a patient's progress.

I do not recommend. I took my daughter 8.9.10. She had what sounded like a chest cold developing and was running a fever of 101 degrees. After taking blood, no chest x-ray, no throat swab, I was told to just give her tylenol. No antibiotic given, no shot, just over the counter tylenol. After my wife took her back that afternoon, because it was getting worse. She asked for her throat to be swabbed. Still told nothing to worry about, summer cold. Well, yesterday afternoon 8.10.10 my wife took her back after work. This the third time in two days, was made to pay another co-pay. Due to the doctor not doing the first time, what should have been done (Treating with anti-biotics). My wife was told she had Bronchitis, borderline pneumonia. Well, today, I'm paying $175 because she is currently at the Emergency Room because she's having trouble breathing, for the third straight day running 100+ fever. Whatever happened to doctors who were taught to be preventive? Where can I find one of those?
