I bought my Cadillac brand new last February, and I purchased the warranty for tires and wheels. They do not honor their warranties. I am in need of all 4 tires to be replaced due to pot holes. They claim it's normal wear and tear. I'm like really? What's the likely hood that All 4 tires need to be replaced on a 1 1/2 year old car? We paid our car off within 3 months of purchase and never received our money back for the GAP Insurance we paid for. It was promised to be refunded since we paid it off early last May. We have yet to receive it. Our family has been purchasing vehicles from them for many years. My step dad retired from GM, our sins have bought their vehicles ftom them. What a way to treat longevity customers!! Never will do business with them again! No thank you.

I recently bought a used 2002 Chrysler Town and Country LXi minivan from the used car dealership and the day I got it a clunking noise started in the front end and has only gotten worse. It wasn't there when I test drove it before buying the vehicles as-is and I was advised against getting a warranty since the van had almost 110,000 miles on it and the warranty would be costly. I tried calling my salesmans cell phone number and left a message with no return phone call and I have tried calling the dealership line a few times with no luck. Finally I ended up with a return phone call from a man claiming to be a sales manager. He did not advise me on anything to do with the clunking noise but he spoke with me about the horrible gas mileage that this van gets (10 mpg city and averaging 13 mpg city/hwy) and suggested that I check the air filter and said he would talk to service and contact me back the next day, I never heard back so I called service myself, they would not speak with me about the clunking noise and want me to pay a diagnostic fee for them to diagnose the noise when I just paid them over $4000 for this van to begin with and as far as the mileage they claim that my bad gas mileage is due to "winter fuel" not being as efficient as "summer fuel", however, my AWD 1998 Astro van that I just got rid of before getting this van had better gas mileage and it had a bad catalytic converter! another claim was that because the van is a v6 it gets this horrible gas mileage, we have never owned a smaller engine vehicle and never had this bad of gas mileage in the over 16 years that we have been vehicle owners and drivers. Rather than offering to talk with someone or giving any other ideas or offering to look at the vehicle I was told "I have an appointment and have to go now" and rushed off the phone. I have been checking around and Young Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC is not accredited by the BBB since they haven't applied for accreditation, there are no reviews anywhere on any site I have found either good or bad and they refuse to look at my vehicle without me driving it to them and paying them to look at it and paying for any and all costs for labor and parts, this is not good customer service at all and I just want to spread the word so no one else has to deal with this after spending literally all of the money that you have to buy a vehicle that you are told is in good running condition only to have to turn around and pay more money to find out what is wrong with it and get it fixed.
