Established in 1949, VG's Food & Pharmacy is a family-owned and operated chain of stores that sells a variety of products. Its stores offer meat and seafood, fresh produce, groceries, gifts, flowers and plants, wines, and bakery and deli products, as well as pharmacy and photo processing services. In mid-2007, VG's Food & Pharmacy acquired three Farmer Jack stores in Michigan. It operates various in-store bakeries that offer a variety of breads, rolls, donuts, cookies, muffins, croissants, bagels and cakes. Its bakeries specialize in sheet, round, heart and multitier wedding cakes. VG's Food & Pharmacy also offers gift cards, recipes, online shopping options and catering services. It operates more than 15 stores and has one of its locations in Owosso, Mich.
