Awful customer service!! You can leave a dozen messages and they will never get back to you. Then, when they do, they are un-educated about their business. They cannot even provide pictures of their rental items! They tell you to go to their website which is awful. I would not suggest wasting a moment of time with this company. Their lack of follow through is the worst I've ever seen.
