Staff all kids, owners are senile and living in Florida. They don’t let the dogs out after a certain time. Kennel cough contracted from there often, dogs have been lost track of as well. Do not take your dogs there. These people are rude and don’t care about your animals.

I have had all good experiences with my dog in this facility. And My dog is not one to take kindly to strangers. One of the staff even picked up on the fact that my dog was being very protective of me (not letting anyone come near me) and tailored her treatment of the dog accordingly. It worked like a charm! Even though I've been there a number of times, so sometimes the staff had changed, all the staff seemed to intuitively know how to handle my pet. His first time or two being there, my dog would sniff around with reluctance about being left in a strange place. That is no longer. He still takes a second to adjust sometimes, but then goes his merry way. I have taken my pet to other vets and boarding homes where they had not a clue how to handle my dog.

We did not get good service as our dog, Jaws, came back with a frown and the kennel cough. We thought their outbreaks were a one time thing. Last year she was there for a weekend she came back with a tear duct problem. We are definitely going to leave her where there is people that will care for her instead of her being iscolated in 5 feet of grass and a cage. We would not reccommend this for a boarding kennel.
