      The Regional Water Resource Agency, also known as RWRA, is a regional provider of wastewater services in Owensboro and Daviess counties in Kentucky. It organizes public meetings and offers open records on request. The agency operates administration, operations and engineering departments. The Regional Water Resource Agency also works toward the development and design of water sewer systems. It provides surveying, permitting, project inspection and construction oversight services. The agency is additionally responsible for the development, installation and maintenance of hardware and software wastewater equipment. The Regional Water Resource Agency specializes in the management and operation of treatment facilities, as well as the transportation of wastewater.
