BE AFRAID!... that your belongings won't return to you. I dropped off a comforter (KING). After numerous tracking calls they finally fessed up that they lost it. When I asked how they were going to rectify it, the "manager" offered me free cleaning. When I told her I didn't want to take that risk again she said she would take to the owner and see what they could do. Day's turned into weeks, and weeks into months- after many calls I was finally told to replace the comforter and bring the receipt. I found one and purchased it. I called her with the amount and was told that she could offer me free drying cleaning in the amount of the purchased comforter. Confused, I reminded her it was not what we had worked out. She, again, she she needed to talk to her owner. Kept calling for ANOTHER week, and she was told there was nothing she could do and too much time had passed since they lost the comforter and there was nothing they could do. This company cost me $200. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
