There is never any pizza hot and ready. This is quite unfortunate and bad for your business as this is what you advertise. You really need to step it up. Some of your employees are questionable....in fact...some are so slow one might need to place a mirror under their nose to make certain they are alive and breathing

We were just there, through the drive-thru. We waited about 5 mins, no one came to the window to help us. We saw two employees standing inside talking to a customer. I know one employee clearly saw us, and still didn't help us. A customer that came after us got their pizza before us! I wanted to go inside and say something, but didn't want to waste my time either. Figured I'd write a review, so other people can see it too.
