I have never experienced such poor customer service at a Lowe's Store. I tried to purchase paint only to be ignored by three associates helping one customer. A simple acknowlegment of my standing there would have been appreciated. I finally gave up and went to purchase my shingles. Two associates, no customers, continued talking as I stood waiting again. Finally, one spoke to me. I completed my purchase of 12 bundles of shingles and a ceiling fan. I was never offered assistance on loading the shingles. I had to ask if they would put them in my truck. Not one person greeted or smiled. It was not a busy morning. It looked like a bunch of uninterested and bored employees.
