I’m in Kansas City area, but I wanted to send something nice to my sister & her husband who have BOTH been sick with the flu & pneumonia. I ordered online which was very easy. The next morning I received a phone call from Heather because they did not have the exact vase pictured online. She gave me other options & let me choose. She was super nice & even visited with me awhile. The arrangement was delivered as scheduled. It really brightened their day! My sister sent me a picture & it was just beautiful!! The flowers looked so fresh & the colors matched the vase perfectly. I am SO impressed with this company’s customer service, delivery, and creative talent, I will certainly use them again to send awesome flowers to my Okie relatives!

I admit Heather and her team are friends of mine, but Heather has a great eye for creating fabulous arrangements. They have a commitment to quality service and my wife has loved everything I've ever gotten her from Heather's. You won't go wrong here!

The flowers I ordered were delivered a day late and only lasted 2 days. I tried to call several times but kept getting the voice mail. When I finally got someone to answer, they said they had to do some research and would get back to me, which they never did. I found out its a new shop owned by a mother/daughter team. The Mother doesn't know what's going on and the daughter is never there. Not sure which one is Heather, but I wouldn't want my name on that business. Best advice, find another shop in Owasso!!!!
