Dr. J. Jay Rigney is the founder and director of Dr. Rigney Eye Care & Eyewear in Owasso, OK. Dr. Rigney founded the practice in 1984, offering the community over 30 years of experience and expertise in optometry. Dr. Rigney is board-certified in treating eye conditions, such as glaucoma, as well as holds board certification in performing minor eyelid and eye surgeries such as corneal treatments. Dr. Rigney is also board certified in a number of laser vision treatments, such as anterior segment laser procedures, PRK laser vision correction, and Yag laser capsulotomies. Dr. Rigney's Family Vision Center houses an onsite optical lab that is fully-equipped to provide his patients with custom-made frames and contact lenses, offering over 1300 options with 1-hour prescriptions available. Dr. Rigney diagnosis and treats advanced and minor eye conditions for the whole family.
