Robert from Mr. Lawnscapes gave me an estimate on trimming overgrowth, trimming two trees, lawn cut and removing some bushes. He showed up to do the work, proceeded to leave the job unfinished, killed a lovely Jasmine bush, admitted his website does not truly represent him and did not have the tools to do the job. He did not even own a ladder, which he said he would buy and return to finish the job. After three attempts to contact him.... he is a no call-no show. He cashed my check quite quickly however. BBB has been notified.
I saw this listing on Yellow Pages and called them. He answered the phone on the first ring, gave me a quote on the phone, and came out and mowed my lawn the next day. They called ahead of time, showed up 5 minutes before they said and did an awesome job! I am beyond satisfied with there services, and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family!
I had Mr. Lawnscapes trim the trees in my back yard. They were not the most equipped company but I can't help but give them two thumbs up! They were fast and affordable and I had no problems with anything. I haven't been that satisfied with a lawn company in years!
