Brought my desktop to them to diagnose a "will not turn on issue". I had replaced the power supply so that was ruled out. I paid a $60 deposit for them to look at it. I received a call later that afternoon and was told the NIC had taken a hit from a lightning storm earlier in the week. It also damaged the motherboard. They recommended to build me a new PC. The task was completed in 3 days with all of my data files transferred. BTW, the deposit was applied to my total. I would recommend them and use them again, if needed.

this place was slow, unresponsive, and expensive. the customer service was very poor. I was yelled at by an employee after asking them to explain what they were doing to my computer and my computer still is not fully fixed. dont go here.

Bad people at this store, They use used parts when repairing your computer and place files on your computer to enable them to go into your computer remotely. Beware,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Excellent service with quick turn around time. Fee's charged for troubleshooting are reasonable and deducted from your final invoice. Great customer service attitude.
