Though I appreciated the ease of scheduling an appointment on-line, they would not send the results to the actual doctor that requested the testing, The response was that their process is to send to the Primary. In essence that meant that the results were faxed to the Primary who had no idea what the tests were for and it caused a lot of phones calls. Then I received a call at 6:50am in the morning tell me they weren't sure where to send the results - once clarified - I checked with both Doctors offices and neither had received the results. I had to call later in the day and spoke with an extremely helpful associate (Sandy) who then sent them to the Primary. Just a lot of loop holes and the process should be - what ever doctor ordered the tests - the results should be to them directly.
