      The MidAmerica Neuroscience Institute offers diagnosis, treatment and ongoing care for multiple sclerosis, migraines and other types of headache, Alzheimer s disease, memory loss problems, sleep disorders and other neurological conditions. It provides patient care and conducts research into the causes and treatments of neurological conditions. The institute employs a work force of more than 50 staff members in the area of Kansas City, Kan. The MidAmerica Neuroscience Institute, headquartered in Lenexa, Kan., publishes a monthly newsletter with updates on its research activities, tips and advice, and news about institute s seminars and events. With a satellite location in Overland Park, Kan., it operates the MidAmerica Neuroscience Research Foundation, which is a nonprofit organization that supports its research activities into neurological conditions.
